Fall/Winter 2018 Workshop Series
Doodling for Creativity with Cynthia Mosser
Step into a course that helps you play artistically without fear. Do you doodle? Would you like to experience more creativity and calm your mind? Learn how artists start their projects. You’ll discover how to bring out your inner artist or create ideas for you next big project. The goal of this class is to start the process of playing in your sketchbook with a pen or pencil. Feeling lost? The instructor will guide you through activities to get your pen flowing.
The class will involve guided doodling, allowing your pen to wander without judgement, even using a meaningful word/shape around which to begin. Perfection isn’t the end result, but a process of discovery and exploration. By the end of the class, you may have a project in mind, or an idea for piece of art derived from the class. A pen, sketchbook and an open mind is all that is required!
