Saturday enjoy tastings of chocolate varietals and strengths, learn as Sebastian Cisneros from Cocanu temper chocolate with a countertop tempering machine, experience several drinking chocolates from a more traditional Grenadian Coco tea to a the European drinking chocolates and watch Barry Swires, world renown sculptor chisel and finesses his creations. all from 3-6. At 6, Mott will introduce the award winning documentary, NOTHING LIKE CHOCOLATE, which features the Grenada Chocolate as a counter example of how the majority of the cocoa world and chocolate industry operate. An inspiring and moving story.

As one of the early innovator of the micro chocolate movement, Mott will share his experience with newer start-ups.
