We’re excited to announce that beginning this fall we’re offering expanded wellness programming to pave the way for “TRANSFORMATIONAL TRAVEL” – where self-care and personal practice provides space for connection, renewal and restoration.

The Wellness Retreats will be an added layer of reflection and rejuvenation to your stay. We’ve invited a number ofWellness Retreats page.Instructors will develop their own set of programming and fees for participation, so scheduling and prices will shift week to week. Garden Spa & Finnish Sauna
Open to guests on first come, first serve basis.
The Garden Spa has a beautifully renovated changing room and private shower, a cold-plunge bath, and an outdoor shower in a private garden.
The dry Finnish Sauna is built out of the highest quality clear western cedar and hand milled Port Orford Cedar benches.
Holds up to 7 comfortably and clothing is optional.
Community members may also join for $6/session, $10 for 2, or $30 for a monthly membership.

If you are participating in the Wellness Residency Program or enrolled in a Wellness Retreat, offerings are included in your accommodations. We welcome community members to drop-in for a suggested donation between $10-$20, no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
The forests of the Cascadian bioregion are rich with medicine. In this workshop we will learn to identify specific trees, lichen, plants, and fungi that contain therapeutics beneficial for human health, learn how to responsibly harvest them, and make first aid products for home use. Participants will walk away with an overview of the ecology of healing with plant medicines, ID skills, and techniques for making wound sprays, liniments, and muscle balms.
$35 per person. Handouts and a take-home sample included.
