For the success of the event and out of respect for other artists, please be ready to commit to attend and participate when you sign this contract. We do not accept cancellations unless it is Covid related.
You are welcome to sell work. Please bring what you need to handle sales. We are asking a 20% commission as a donation to Sou'wester Arts.
During ARTS WEEK, all hotel rules apply. No drinking in public. Quiet hours at 10pm. No smoking indoors.
I agree to allow Sou'wester and Sou'wester Arts to document my work and use images for promotional or fundraising (grantwriting) purposes.
I am aware of the costs associated with my participation and agree to pay at check-in*.

*Arts Week accommodations are $200 +taxes for the 7 night stay. BIPOC artists reduced rate is $150 +taxes. Financial aid reduced rate is $160. If bringing a dog there is a $20 one time cleaning fee. Accommodations = up to 1 unit filled to capacity. Artists/Art collectives requiring multiple units will be asked to pay for each one.
