Contract & Terms of Participation

Please check each of the boxes below to indicate that you have read and agree to the terms. *

For the sucess of the event and out of respect for other artists, please be ready to commit to attend and participate when you sign the contract. We do not accept cancellations.
I agree to allow Sou'wester and Sou'wester Arts to document my work and use images for promotional or fundraising (grantwriting) purposes.
You are welcome to sell work during the studio tour. Please bring what you need to handle sales. We are asking a 20% commission as a donation to Sou'wester Arts.
During ARTS WEEK, all hotel rules apply. No drinking in public (though there will be beer and wine available during meals and gatherings). Quiet hours at 10pm. No smoking indoors.
I am aware of the costs associated with my participation and agree to pay at check-in. (We’ve received generous donations which have allowed us to reduce each residency fee by $100 making the range $150-$200 depending on size of accommodation. We will be in touch with each artist about specifics.)
By signing below, I agree to attend and participate in ARTS WEEK and execute my proposal to the best of my ability.

Sunday night will be a decompressing night of lounging with movies in the lodge? Will you be joining us for this? *

If the weekend open studio tour includes a performance or other "out of the studio" event/happening, please let us know what you're envisioning including which space/s you have in mind and the duration of performances. This will help us open up a logistical conversation. *
