Writing For The Self – The Retreat @ Sou'wester Lodge
Mar 8 – Mar 10 all-day

Kimberly Novosel

Join Flourish Meditation founder and writer/author Kimberly Novosel for a weekend retreat where we’ll practice a variety of writing methods and other creative and reflective mindfulness tools in order to know the self, heal the self, and move the self forward.

Over a cozy weekend on the Washington/Oregon Coast, you’ll learn the art of creative writing as a practice in self-discovery and return home with a new ritual for your growth and wellbeing.

This retreat experience is for anyone who is curious about writing, hungry to connect more with your own creativity, excited to play, and willing to do something brave.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC: Sou’wester Arts Weekend!
Mar 15 @ 6:00 pm – Mar 16 @ 10:00 pm
Each March The Sou’wester is given over to 30+ artists and art collectives for a week of residency work culminating in a public exhibition of performances, installations & studio tours. Arts Week highlights the creative process and experiential nature of the Sou’wester Artist Residency Program. Arts week 2024 hopes to create communal movement from the confluence of individual flow states. Through each of our visions, we come together to share in making something bigger. How does this energized space wash back on us? How does it inspire us, heal us, move us towards a sense of belonging? What do we take back from this exchange to seed  our own revisioning?
